Beef Noodles Stir-Fry – Tasty Breakfast Recipes
Ingredients

Cooking steps
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- Wash the beef and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then marinate them with some pepper, broth mix powder, and cooking oil for about 15 minutes.
- Boil the noodles slightly so it’s still chewy. Take them out and let them dry.
- Clean the bok choy, remove the spoiled one, and cut them into 5cm pieces.
- Wash and peel the carrots, onions, and garlic. Dice the carrots and onions. Wash the shallots and mince them together with the garlic.
- Wash the green onions with water and slice them small.
Step 2: Make the noodles
- Heat the pan with 2 spoons of cooking oil. Once the oil is hot enough, add minced garlic and shallot in, fry until golden.
- Then add the beef in and stir-fry under high heat to keep them juicy.
- Next, add the carrots, bok choy in, and cook well. Turn off the heat and put them into another plate.
- Stir-fry the noodles. Add the meat and vegetables in and season to your liking.
- Take the noodles out, sprinkle some green onions and pepper on top and the dish is finished.
Egg Avocado Sandwich – Tasty Breakfast Recipes

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- Take the avocado flesh out to a bowl and smoothen it.
- Heat the sandwich slices with an oven/ microwave/ pan or toaster.
- Make a fried or sunny-side-up egg to your liking.
Step 2: Make the egg avocado sandwich
- Mix the avocado with ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of pepper, and ½ teaspoon of lime juice.
- Spread the avocado mixture on the sandwich slices and add the egg in the middle. Finally, put the other slice on top and the sandwich is done!

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- Wash the beef, cut into bite-sized pieces, marinate them with some broth mix powder, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
- Wash the cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and cut into edible slices.
- Clean the cilantro and coriander with water, cut them small.
- Wash the shallot and garlic with water then mince them.
Step 2: Make the dish
- Make the sauce: heat the pan with 2 spoons of cooking oil, wait until it’s hot, then add the minced shallot and garlic in, fry until golden and crispy. Pour the tomatoes in and stir well. Add some ketchup, chili sauce, and seasonings to your liking.
- Use another pan and melt the unsalted butter. Add the beef in and cook them with diced onions
- Crack the eggs into the pan, add sausages, pate, and the steamy sauce in.
- Turn off the heat, take the small pan to the table, sprinkle some cilantro, coriander on top, and enjoy with the baguettes. You can eat this with fresh vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, and more.
Korean Kimbab Rolls – Tasty Breakfast Recipes

Cooking steps
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- Wash, peel carrots, cut into long strands, then boil them.
- Wash and boil the bok choy.
- Crack the chicken eggs and season with some broth mix and pepper. Stir well. Fry the eggs then slice the omelet into thin strips.
- Wash and slice the cucumbers
- Cut the sausage into small pieces.
Step 2: Roll the Kimbap
- Cook the rice, then mix them well with roasted sesame and sesame oil.
- Put the seaweed leaf on the plate, put the rough surface on top (the rough surface will help the rice stick to the seaweed better), add the rice to spread evenly over the surface.
- Add the eggs, carrots, bok choy, cucumber, sausage and then roll the kimbap
- Note: Roll it evenly and tightly to make the rice roll look better.
- You can cut them into bite-sized slices or eat a whole roll.
- When eating, enjoy it with chili sauce and mayonnaise.
