Cooking steps 

Step 1: Prepare ingredients 

  • Remove the stalk of the tomatoes
  • Peel, wash, and dice the onions and garlic. Next, crush and mince them.
  • Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice ⅓ of the green pepper into thin strips.

Step 2: Boil the pasta

  • Boil a pot of water, add 1 spoon of salt, cooking oil in. Cook the pasta for about 8 to 10 minutes. 
  • Squeeze the pasta slightly to see if it’s cooked all the way. If it’s hard, continue boiling. If it’s soft already, take them out and soak them in cold water so they won’t stick together.

Step 3: Make the pasta

  • Heat the pan with some cooking oil and fry the minced garlic. Add sausages, onions, green peppers in. 
  • Next, add the pasta and tomato paste. Stir and let the sauce blend well. 
  • Add a spoon of broth mix powder, ½ spoon of salt or season to your liking.
  • Turn off the heat and let it simmer. Plate the spaghetti with baby tomatoes and sprinkle cheese on top.

4Egg1 egg
5Panko crust1 pack
6Baby tomatoBased on your preference
7Lettuce50 gram
8Seasonings (Salt, Black Pepper, Sugar, MSG, fish sauce, cooking oil) Based on your preference

Cooking steps 

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • Cook rice: using 1 bowl of rice and just enough water
  • Wash the lettuce and baby tomatoes with water
  • Clean the squid, cut them into round pieces about 1.5cm

Step 2: Mix the batter

  • Mix 80 gram of all-purpose flour and 70ml of water together.
  • Crack an egg into the bowl and add ¼ spoon of salt in, mix to blend the ingredients well.

Step 3: Fried the squid

  • Dip the squid rings into the wet batter, then roll them over the panko crust. Remember to coat the squid completely in order not to make the oil spill.
  • Heat the oil first then add the squid in, use medium heat and fry quickly until they’re all golden brown and crispy.
  • Take them out and drain the excess oil for better taste.

Step 4: Finish the bento

Cooking steps 

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • Wash the vegetables well. Soak the mushroom into diluted saltwater. After that, they well.
  • Peel and cut the carrots into slices about 1cm. Cut the lettuce into small flowers, dice the mushrooms small.

Step 2: Make the soup

  • Boil a pot with just enough water. Add the carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, and baby corn in.
  • Season the soup with ⅓ spoon of sugar, ⅓ spoon of salt, 1 spoon of broth mix powder, and stir well. 
  • Simmer the pot for about 5 to 10 minutes, stir constantly and adjust the taste.
  • Turn off the heat and pour the soup into the container. This healthy soup is ready to provide you energy for a long workday.

Tips: adding some ground meat into the soup can be a good way to consume more protein with the vegetables.
