Cooking steps

Step 1: Preparing ingredients

  • After buying the flogs, wash and clean them carefully with water, discard the intestines, sliced into bite-sized pieces.
  • Next, marinate with a little curry powder, pepper, chopped shallots for about 15 minutes so the frog meat can absorb the flavor entirely. 
  • Peel the onions, chop them into 8 equal parts.
  • Wash and slice the chili peppers.
  • The mushrooms are soaked in water to soften, then rinse and slide them into pieces. 
  • Soak the glass noodles in water until they are soft. Cut them into small parts of 3-5 cm.
  • Wash and chop the cilantro.
  • Wash the shallots and lemongrass 
  • Roast peanuts briefly, then beat them slightly.

Step 2: Cook the frog

  • Heat the pan on the stove, add about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil until hot, then add chopped lemongrass, shallot and shake hands until golden, then cook the frog meat over high heat for about 3 minutes.
  • Next, add the coconut milk and boil until the water simmers, then add the onions, glass noodles, and mushrooms to the mixture, season to taste, stir for about 3 minutes and turn off the heat.

Step 3: Enjoy the dish

Take the food out on a plate, sprinkle some cilantro, roasted peanuts and it’s ready to use! This is the first in four easy tasty dishes we’ll be recommending today.

Step 1: Preparing ingredients

  • Grind the fish flesh, season it a bit with salt and pepper. Add some other seasonings, tapioca starch, and coat the meat thoroughly so the flavor can slowly be absorbed. The more careful you are, the more chewy and tasty the dish is.
  • Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes, then knead them into little balls. 

Tips: put some cooking oil on your hands before kneading so it doesn’t stick

  • Crack the egg and separate the yolks with the white.

Step 2: Fry the fish balls

  • Heat the pan on the stove, fill half of the pan with cooking oil, and wait for the oil to heat up. Note that you should use a deep-fried pan. This will help the ball fully submerge in the oil, helping the ball to cook more evenly.
  • Roll the fish balls through the flour, the egg yolks, and finally the breadcrumbs. Pay attention to roll carefully so that the dough cling evenly to the ball.
  • Wait for the hot oil to be appropriately heated, then add the fish balls in and fry them until they are evenly golden brown. Finally, take them out and place them on some oil-absorbing cooking paper.

The second dish is simple to make and also healthy to enjoy as well! We highly recommend using an air-fryer if you don’t want oil on your fishballs. You can also eat this dish with fresh vegetables to reduce the greasiness.

Bok Choy Soup with Clams – Easy Tasty Dishes

Cooking steps

Step 1: Preparing ingredients

  • Clean the clams 2-3 times after buying. Next, soak them in rice water and sliced chilies for about 15 minutes. The clams will discard the dust and dirt inside the clams 
  • Wash the clams with water again. 
  • Wash the Bok Choy and cut them nicely!
  • Clean the ginger and crush them.

Step 2: Cook the Bok Choy Soup with clams

  • Add crushed ginger to the pot of water to boil, then add the clams, stir well until the clams open their mouth, then turn off the heat.
  • Take the clams out into a new bowl and get the clam meat inside.
  • Put aside the boiled clam broth. Do not use any leftovers from the bottom of the pot.
  • Heat the pot on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Next, fry the scallions in the same pot and get a beautiful golden brown color. 
  • Next, add the clam meat and stir-fry, season them with a little salt, pepper, and fish sauce to make the clam’s taste richer.
  • Sauté the clams for about 1 minute, then add the clam boiled broth earlier, cover the lit and wait until the broth is boiling again. Add the Bok Choy in, wait until the broth is boiling once again and the vegetables are soft. After that, you can turn off the heat.
