Cooking steps
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
- Remove the stalk of the tomatoes
- Peel, wash, and dice the onions and garlic. Next, crush and mince them.
- Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice ⅓ of the green pepper into thin strips.
Step 2: Boil the pasta
- Boil a pot of water, add 1 spoon of salt, cooking oil in. Cook the pasta for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Squeeze the pasta slightly to see if it’s cooked all the way. If it’s hard, continue boiling. If it’s soft already, take them out and soak them in cold water so they won’t stick together.
